We created a problem-to-solution campaign that used a scientific narrative, that highlighted both the drug’s mode of action and the holistic change that the therapy can have on the patient, and have begun rolling this out via an omnichannel programme.

Alongside our launch playbooks, we delivered bespoke customer journey sales training to drive seamless experiences between field teams and digital communications. We tapped into local insights to drive relevant activation plans as part of our launch excellence delivery.
